 ၂ သက်သလောနိတ် ၂:၆
ထိုသူသည် မိမိကာလအချိန်၌ ထင်ရှားစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ယခုဆီးထားသောအကြောင်းကိုလည်း သင်တို့ သိကြ၏။

ဖြေရှင်းချက်
ရှင်ပေါလုသည် အန္တိခရစ်နှင့် ထိုသူပေါ်ထွန်းလာမည့်အကြောင်း ပြောနေခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည် (အခန်းငယ် ၃ နှင့် ၄ ကိုကြည့်ပါ)။ သို့သော် ထိုသူ ထင်ရှားလာနိုင်ရန် အတွက်၊ ယခုအခါ "ဆီးထားသော"အရာ သို့မဟုတ် တန်ခိုးကို အရင်ဖယ်ရှားရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ ရှင်ပေါလုသည် သက်သာလောနိက ယုံကြည်သူများကို ယခင်က ဤအကြောင်းကို ပြောခဲ့ပြီး ဖြစ် ကြောင်း သတိပေးနေခြင်း ဖြစ်သော်လည်း၊ ထိုတန်ခိုး မည်သူ သို့မဟုတ် မည်သည်ကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည်ကို ယခုအခါ စာတွင် ရှင်းရှင်း လင်းလင်း ရေးသားခွင့် မရှိချေ။

2 Thessalonians 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

Answer Paul is speaking of the antichrist and its rise. (See verses 3 and 4.) But before it can rise, whatever power “withholdeth” or is holding it back will first have to be removed. Paul reminds the Thessalonian believers that he had told them before, but is not at liberty at this point to write concerning who or what the power may be.
