 Ezekiel 36:25,26

 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. 

ယေဇကျေလ ၃၆:၂၅-၂၆ 

"ထိုအခါ ငါသည် သန့်ရှင်းသောရေကို သင်တို့အပေါ်သို့ ဖျန်းပက်မည်။ သင်တို့သည် သန့်ရှင်းကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့၏ညစ်ညူးခြင်းအားလုံးနှင့် သင်တို့၏ရုပ်တုဆင်းတုအားလုံးမှ ငါသည် သင်တို့ကို သန့်စင်စေမည်။ ငါသည် သင်တို့အား နှလုံးသစ်ကို ပေးမည်။ ဝိညာဉ်သစ်ကို သင်တို့အတွင်း၌ ထည့်မည်။ သင်တို့၏အသားထဲမှ ကျောက်နှလုံးကို ငါအလှုတ်ရှင်းပစ်မည်။ သင်တို့အား အသားနှလုံးကို ငါပေးမည်။"

 Answer 

This verse is reminiscent of the sanctuary services in the old tabernacle services. Concerning the Levites, Moses was commanded, “Take the Levite from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them. And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and so make themselves clean" (Numbers 8:6,7).This symbolic cleansing was also done for lepers(Leviticus 14:7),those who touched dead bodies (Numbers 19:16-18), or a menstruous woman (Leviticus 15:19).All of these practices were part of the ceremonial services that were done away with at the cross. 

ယေဇကျေလ ၃၆:၂၅-၂၆ တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော ဤကျမ်းပိုဒ်သည် ဓမ္မဟောင်းကျမ်းရှိ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာန၏ ဝတ်ပြုမှုများကို သတိရစေသည်။ လေဝိအမျိုးသားတို့နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍၊ မောရှေအား ဤသို့မိန့်တော်မူသည်— "ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ထဲမှ လေဝိလူတို့ကို ခေါ်ယူ၍၊ သူတို့ကို သန့်စင်စေလော့။ သူတို့ကို သန့်စင်စေရန် ဤသို့ပြုလော့— သူတို့အပေါ်သို့ သန့်စင်သောရေကို ဖျန်းပက်လော့။ သူတို့သည် မိမိတို့၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာတစ်ခုလုံးကို ရိတ်ပစ်ကြစေ။ သူတို့၏အဝတ်အစားများကို လျှော်ဖွပ်ကြစေ။ ထိုသို့ဖြင့် သူတို့သည် သန့်ရှင်းကြလိမ့်မည်" (တောလည်ရာကျမ်း ၈:၆-၇)။ ဤသန့်စင်ခြင်းသည် သင်္ကေတဆန်သော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ နူနာရောဂါသည်များ (ဝတ်ပြုရာကျမ်း ၁၄:၇)၊ လူသေကောင်ကို ထိမိသူများ (တောလည်ရာကျမ်း ၁၉:၁၆-၁၈)၊ သို့မဟုတ် ဓမ္မရာသီလာသော မိန်းမများ (ဝတ်ပြုရာကျမ်း ၁၅:၁၉) အတွက်လည်း ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။ ဤအမှုအရာများအားလုံးသည် ဓမ္မဟောင်းကျမ်းရှိ ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ဝတ်ပြုမှုများ၏ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်းဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ခရစ်တော်၏လက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင်ပေါ်ရှိ အသေခံတော်မူခြင်းဖြင့် ပြည့်စုံသွားခဲ့သည်။ 

  "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctified to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?" (Hebrews 9:12-14).The sprinkling with the ashes of a heifer was included in the Old Testament (Numbers 19:17-19)and done away with in the New. It should be noted also that in Ezekiel, God is the one "sprinkling" and not man. Therefore, this text cannot be used to sanction sprinkling in the place of Bible baptism, which had to be done by immersion.
