2 Peter 3:8

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing that one day is with the Lord as a thou-

sand years, and a thousand years as one day.

"ချစ်လှစွာသော ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ဤတစ်ခုသောအရာကို မမေ့ကြနှင့်။ ထာဝရဘုရားအဘို့ နေ့တစ်ရက်သည် နှစ်တစ်ထောင်နှင့် တူ၏။ နှစ်တစ်ထောင်လည်း နေ့တစ်ရက်နှင့် တူ၏။"

Answer

This language Peter is borrowing from the Old Testament. It says, “For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night"(Psalm 90:4). Peter is not saying, as some attempt to from this text, that a day is a thousand years. This statement is made in relationship to people that do not believe in the certainty of the coming of Christ. But they are ignorant of the fact that to God a thousand years is but a moment, and man's life, though he live to be a hundred, to God is but a day. God is not limited to time! Again in Psalm 90, the Psalmist says, “Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night. Thou carries them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which growth up. In the morning it flourished, and growth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withered"(Psalm 90:2,4-6).Peter confirms the fact that God is coming by stating, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up" (2 Peter 3:9,10).

မာကေ 4:24; 8:16; မာကေ 5:9,10 တို့တွင်ယေရှုခရစ်တော်သည် နတ်ဆိုးများနှင့်တွေ့ဆုံခဲ့သည့်အခါ၊ နတ်ဆိုးများသည် တစ်နေရာတည်းတွင် ချုပ်နှောင်ထားခြင်းမခံရဘဲ၊ တရားစီရင်ခြင်းအချိန်တိုင်အောင် လွတ်လပ်စွာလှုပ်ရှားနေသည်ကို သက်သေပြသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့်၊ ၂ ပေတရု 2:4 ပါ "ငရဲ" ဟူသောစကားလုံး၏အဓိပ္ပာယ်ကို နားလည်ရန် လိုအပ်သည်။ ဤကျမ်းပိုဒ်တွင် "ငရဲ" ဟူသောစကားလုံးအတွက် ဂရိစကားလုံး တာတာရု (tartar) ကိုသုံးထားသည်။ ဤစကားလုံးကို ဤကျမ်းပိုဒ်တွင်သာ တွေ့ရသည်။ မီးတောက်သောငရဲကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည့် ဂရိစကားလုံး ဂေဟင်္န (gehenna) မဟုတ်ပါ။ ထို့ကြောင့်၊ ဤကျမ်းပိုဒ်မှ နတ်ဆိုးများအတွက် မီးတောက်သောငရဲတစ်နေရာကို ခန့်မှန်းရန် ခက်ခဲသည်။ ဤကျမ်းပိုဒ်က နတ်ဆိုးများကို "မှောင်မိုက်သောသံကြိုးဖြင့်ချည်နှောင်ထားသည်" ဟုဆိုသည်။

ယုဒ 6 တွင်လည်း အလားတူအကြောင်းကို ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
"ထိုကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့သည် မိမိတို့၏မူလအဆင့်အတန်းကို မထိန်းသိမ်းဘဲ၊ မိမိတို့၏နေရာထိုင်ခင်းကို စွန့်ခွာသောကြောင့်၊ ကြီးမြတ်သောနေ့၏ တရားစီရင်ခြင်းအမှုကို ခံစေခြင်းငှာ၊ ထာဝရသံကြိုးဖြင့် မှောင်မိုက်အောက်၌ ထားတော်မူ၏။"

ဤကောင်းကင်တမန်များသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ဘုန်းတော်ရှေ့တွင် နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြသည်။ သို့သော်၊ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ပုန်ကန်သောအခါ၊ သူတို့ကို မြေကြီးသို့ နှင်ထုတ်ခြင်းခံခဲ့ရသည်။

ဗျာဒိတ် 12:7-9 တွင်လည်း ဤအကြောင်းကို ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
"ကောင်းကင်တွင် စစ်မက်ဖြစ်၏။ မိက္ခေလနှင့် သူ၏ကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့သည် နဂါးနှင့် စစ်တိုက်ကြ၏။ နဂါးသည်လည်း မိမိ၏ကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့နှင့်တကွ စစ်တိုက်၍ မနိုင်မနင်းဖြစ်သဖြင့်၊ ကောင်းကင်တွင် သူတို့၏နေရာကို မတွေ့ရကြတော့ပြီ။ ထိုကြီးစွာသောနဂါးသည် နှင်ထုတ်ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍၊ မာရ်နတ်ဟုခေါ်သော မူလနဂါးဟောင်း၊ စာတန်ဟုခေါ်သော လောကီသားတို့ကို လှည့်စားသောသူ၊ ထိုသူသည် မြေကြီးသို့ နှင်ထုတ်ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍၊ သူ၏ကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့သည်လည်း သူနှင့်အတူ နှင်ထုတ်ခြင်းကိုခံကြရ၏။"

ဤကျမ်းပိုဒ်များတွင် "မှောင်မိုက်" သည် နတ်ဆိုးများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားသောနေရာဖြစ်သည်။ သူတို့သည် မီးတောက်သောငရဲတွင် ခံစားနေရခြင်းမဟုတ်၊ သို့မဟုတ် နှိပ်စက်ခံနေရခြင်းမဟုတ်။ သူတို့သည် တရားစီရင်ခြင်းအတွက် သိမ်းဆည်းထားခြင်းသာဖြစ်သည်။ ဤတရားစီရင်ခြင်းကို စာတန်နှင့် သူ၏ကောင်းကင်တမန်များကို "မာရ်နတ်နှင့် သူ၏ကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့အဘို့ အဆင်သင့်ပြုထားသော ထာဝရမီးထဲသို့ နှင်ထုတ်သောအခါ" (မဿဲ 25:41) ပြည့်စုံလိမ့်မည်။ (ဗျာဒိတ် 20:11-15 တွင်လည်း ကြည့်ပါ။)

ဤကျမ်းပိုဒ်၏အဓိပ္ပာယ်:

·        ၂ ပေတရု 2:4 နှင့် ယုဒ 6 တို့တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော "မှောင်မိုက်သောသံကြိုး" သည် နတ်ဆိုးများကို ဘုရားသခင်၏အလင်းမှ ခွဲထားပြီး ကမ္ဘာမြေပေါ်တွင် ကန့်သတ်ထားခြင်းကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည်။

·        သူတို့သည် လက်ရှိတွင် မီးတောက်သောငရဲတွင် မရှိသေးဘဲ၊ နောက်ဆုံးတရားစီရင်ခြင်းအတွက် စောင့်ဆိုင်းနေရသည်။

·        နောက်ဆုံးတွင်၊ စာတန်နှင့် သူ၏ကောင်းကင်တမန်များကို ဗျာဒိတ် 20:10, 14-15 တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း မီးအိုင်ထဲသို့ နှင်ထုတ်ခြင်းခံရလိမ့်မည်။

ဤအဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက်သည် ဘုရားသခင်၏တရားစီရင်ခြင်းနှင့် နောက်ဆုံးအချိန်တွင် မကောင်းမှုအားလုံး၏အဆုံးသတ်အကြောင်း သမ္မာကျမ်းစာ၏သွန်သင်ချက်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီသည်။
