Verily I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

"အမှန်အကန်ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာသင်တို့ချည်လိုက်သောအရာသည် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ချည်လျက်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာသင်တို့ဖြည်လိုက်သောအရာသည် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ဖြည်လျက်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။"

 

Answer

The problem of keeping order in the church was committed to the church, not to an individual. Verse 18 follows the advice just given: “Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as a heathen man and a publican"(Matthew 18:15-17).Disorderly members were to be dealt with in the spirit and love of Christ. However, if after appropriate appeals no reconciliation was possible, then the church was to act by putting the member out of its fellowship. This action was to be carried out by the church on earth, and would be ratified in heaven. The opposite is true as well. The Bible says, “And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved" (Acts 2:47).

အကယ်၍ အသင်းတော်ဝင်တစ်ဦးသည် စည်းကမ်းမဲ့ဖြစ်နေပါက၊ ခရစ်တော်၏ ဝိညာဉ်တော်နှင့် မေတ္တာတော်အတိုင်း ဆက်ဆံရမည်။ သို့သော်၊ သင့်တင့်လျောက်ပတ်သော အကြိမ်ကြိမ်တောင်းပန်မှုများပြုလုပ်ပြီးနောက် ပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်ခြင်း မရှိပါက၊ အသင်းတော်သည် ထိုသူကို အသင်းတော်၏ မိတ်သဟာယမှ ထုတ်ပယ်ရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။ ဤလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ကို မြေကြီးပေါ်ရှိ အသင်းတော်က ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး၊ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ အတည်ပြုခြင်းခံရမည်။ ဤသည်မှာ ပြောင်းပြန်လည်း မှန်ကန်ပါသည်။ သမ္မာကျမ်းစာက "ထိုအခါ သခင်သည် ကယ်တင်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သူတို့ကို နေ့စဉ်အသင်းတော်၌ ပေါင်းထည့်တော်မူ၏" (တမန်တော် 2:47) ဟု ဆိုထားပါသည်။
