ဆာလံ ၁၃၆ (Psalm 136)

Introduction.—Ps. 136 has been known among the Jews as the Great Hallel. The recurring refrain “for his mercy endureth for ever” was doubtless sung as a response, either by the worshipers or by a Temple choir.

နိဒါန်း။ ။ ဆာလံ ၁၃၆ ကို ယုဒလူမျိုးတို့ကြားတွင် 'Great Hallel' (မဟာချီးမွမ်းခြင်းသီချင်း) ဟု သိထားကြသည်။ ထပ်ခါတလဲလဲ ပါဝင်သော "အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကရုဏာတော်သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်ရှိ၏" ဟူသော အပိုဒ်ကို ဝတ်ပြုသူများ သို့မဟုတ် ဗိမာန်တော်၏ သီချင်းဆိုအဖွဲ့က တုံ့ပြန်သီဆိုကြသည်မှာ သေချာသည်။

1. O give thanks. There is no time when it is inappropriate to render thanks to God for His goodness and mercy to man. His mercy endureth for ever. Literally, “for to eternity his love.” The word translated “mercy” is chesed, which means, “divine love” (see Additional Note on Ps. 36). The refrain is repeated in every verse of this song.

၁။ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။ လူသားတို့အပေါ် ထားရှိသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်နှင့် ကရုဏာတော်အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတင်စကား ဆိုရန် မသင့်တော်သောအချိန်ဟူ၍ မရှိပါ။ ကရုဏာတော်သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်ရှိ၏။ စာသားအတိုင်းဆိုရလျှင် "အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ မေတ္တာသည် ထာဝရအတွက် ဖြစ်၏" ဟု ဆိုလိုသည်။ "ကရုဏာ" ဟု ဘာသာပြန်ထားသော စကားလုံးမှာ 'chesed' ဖြစ်ပြီး "ဘုရားသခင်၏ မေတ္တာ" ဟု အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရသည် (ဆာလံ ၃၆ ၏ နောက်ဆက်တွဲ မှတ်ချက်ကို ကြည့်ပါ)။ ဤသီချင်း၏ အပိုဒ်တိုင်းတွင် ထိုစကားစုကို ထပ်ခါတလဲလဲ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

4. Great wonders. God is the unrivaled miracle worker. Only a Being of infinite intelligence could have designed the universe with its indescribable wonders.

၄။ ကြီးစွာသော အံ့ဖွယ်တို့ကို ပြုတော်မူသောသူ။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ပြိုင်ဘက်ကင်းသော အံ့ဖွယ်တို့ကို ပြုတော်မူသောအရှင် ဖြစ်သည်။ အဆုံးမရှိသော ဥာဏ်ပညာရှင် တစ်ပါးတည်းသာလျှင် ဖော်ပြ၍မရနိုင်သော အံ့ဖွယ်များနှင့်တကွ စကြဝဠာကို ပုံစံထုတ်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

5. By wisdom. What wisdom lies hidden in the secrets of the universe God has made! Scientific discoveries continually reveal more and more of the marvels of His creation. Design is seen in every department of nature.

၅။ ပညာတော်အားဖြင့်။ ဘုရားသခင် ဖန်ဆင်းထားသော စကြဝဠာ၏ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက်များတွင် မည်မျှသော ပညာတော်များ ပုန်းကွယ်နေပါသနည်း! သိပ္ပံနည်းကျ ရှာဖွေတွေ့ရှိချက်များသည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဖန်ဆင်းခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အံ့ဖွယ်များကို တိုး၍တိုး၍ ဖော်ပြနေသည်။ သဘာဝ၏ အပိုင်းတိုင်းတွင် ဖန်ဆင်းမှုဆိုင်ရာ ဒီဇိုင်းကို တွေ့မြင်နိုင်သည်။

7. Great lights. A reference to the wonders of the fourth day of creation week, as recorded in Gen. 1:14–19.

9. Moon and stars. No hour of the day is left without rule. When we look up to the sky at night and see the lamps of heaven, we are reminded of God’s great love to us. The moon gladdens the heart, and the twinkling stars seem to speak messages of comfort.

၉။ လနှင့်ကြယ်များ။ နေ့အချိန်တိုင်းတွင် အုပ်စိုးခြင်းမရှိသော အချိန်ဟူ၍ မရှိပါ။ ညဉ့်အခါ ကောင်းကင်ကို မော့ကြည့်၍ ကောင်းကင်၏ ဆီမီးတို့ကို မြင်သောအခါ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အပေါ် ထားရှိသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကြီးမားသည့် မေတ္တာတော်ကို အမှတ်ရစေသည်။ လမင်းသည် စိတ်နှလုံးကို ရွှင်လန်းစေပြီး၊ တလက်လက်တောက်ပနေသော ကြယ်များက နှစ်သိမ့်ခြင်း သတင်းစကားကို ပြောကြားနေသကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်သည်။

11. Brought out Israel. Pharaoh and his slave masters were determined not to let the children of Israel go from their servitude in Egypt. However, when the Lord plans and promises to release His people and His people cooperate, there is no power in earth or hell that can withstand Him. When the proud monarch defies Him and refuses to cooperate he does so to his own destruction.

၁၁။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ထုတ်ဆောင်တော်မူသောသူ။ ဖာရောဘုရင်နှင့် သူ၏ ကျွန်ခံစေသူများသည် ဣသရေလတို့ကို အီဂျစ်ပြည်ရှိ ကျွန်ခံဘဝမှ မလွှတ်ပေးရန် စိတ်ပိုင်းဖြတ်ထားကြသည်။ သို့သော် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိလူမျိုးကို လွှတ်ပေးရန် စီစဉ်၍ ကတိပေးသည့်အခါ၊ ထိုလူမျိုးက ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပါက ဘုရားသခင်ကို ခုခံနိုင်မည့် မြေကြီးပေါ် သို့မဟုတ် ငရဲရှိ တန်ခိုးဟူ၍ မရှိပါ။ မာနထောင်လွှားသော ဘုရင်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ပြီး ပူးပေါင်းရန် ငြင်းဆန်သည့်အခါ၊ သူသည် မိမိကိုယ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးရာရောက်သည်။

13. Divided the Red sea. See Ex. 14. As the Lord made a road through the Red Sea so that the Israelites walked on dry ground, so will He open up before us a way through the waters of adversity that are surging before us, and which seem impassable to our faithless eye.

၁၃။ ပင်လယ်နီကို ခွဲတော်မူသောသူ။ ထွက်မြောက်ရာ ၁၄ ကို ကြည့်ပါ။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ပင်လယ်နီကို ခွဲ၍ ဣသရေလတို့သည် ကုန်းမြေပေါ်တွင် လျှောက်သွားနိုင်ခဲ့သကဲ့သို့၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ရှေ့တွင် ရေလှိုင်းထန်သကဲ့သို့ ပိတ်ဆို့နေသော ဒုက္ခလမ်းကိုလည်း ဘုရားသခင် ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ယုံကြည်ခြင်း ကင်းမဲ့သော မျက်စိဖြင့် ကြည့်လျှင် မဖြတ်ကျော်နိုင်ဟု ထင်ရသော လမ်းကိုလည်း ဖွင့်ပေးတော်မူမည်။

16. Led his people. Throughout the wilderness journeyings the Lord was the Provider and Leader of His people. He guided Israel by the pillar of fire by night and the cloud by day (Ex. 13:21). He provided them with water and sent them food from heaven to them (see Ex. 16, 17).

၁၆။ မိမိလူမျိုးကို ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူသောသူ။ တောကန္တာရ ခရီးစဉ်တစ်လျှောက်လုံးတွင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိလူမျိုးတို့၏ ထောက်ပံ့သူနှင့် ခေါင်းဆောင် ဖြစ်တော်မူသည်။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ညဉ့်အခါ မီးတိုင်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ နေ့အခါ တိမ်တောင်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း ဣသရေလတို့ကို လမ်းပြတော်မူသည် (ထွက်မြောက်ရာ ၁၃:၂၁)။ သူတို့ကို ရေပေး၍ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံမှ အစာကိုလည်း ပို့ဆောင်ပေးတော်မူသည် (ထွက်မြောက်ရာ ၁၆၊ ၁၇ ကို ကြည့်ပါ)။

19. Sihon. See on Ps. 135:11. 21. Heritage. The land of Canaan was given to Israel by a grant from God. He had promised to Abraham that his seed would inherit this country (Gen. 15:18).

၁၉။ ရှိဟုန်။ ဆာလံ ၁၃၅:၁၁ ကို ကြည့်ပါ။ ၂၁။ အမွေခံရာ။ ခါနန်ပြည်ကို ဘုရားသခင်၏ ချီးမြှင့်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဣသရေလတို့အား ပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည်။ အာဗြဟံ၏ အမျိုးအနွယ်သည် ဤတိုင်းပြည်ကို အမွေခံရလိမ့်မည်ဟု ဘုရားသခင် ကတိပေးထားခဲ့သည် (ကမ္ဘာဦး ၁၅:၁၈)။

23. Low estate. Israel was brought unto a low estate of bondage and slavery in Egypt, but the Lord did not forget them in their distress. To all who have fallen low in sorrow, in sickness, or in sin, how comforting it is to know that the Lord does not forget, but sends help and deliverance.

၂၃။ နိမ့်ကျသော အခြေအနေ။ ဣသရေလတို့သည် အီဂျစ်ပြည်တွင် ကျွန်ခံ၍ နိမ့်ကျသော အခြေအနေသို့ ရောက်ခဲ့ရသော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူတို့၏ ဒုက္ခထဲတွင် သူတို့ကို မမေ့လျော့ခဲ့ပါ။ ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်း၊ နာမကျန်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အပြစ်တရားတို့ကြောင့် နိမ့်ကျနေသော သူအားလုံးအတွက်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မမေ့လျော့ဘဲ အကူအညီနှင့် ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကို ပေးပို့တော်မူကြောင်း သိရခြင်းသည် မည်မျှ နှစ်သိမ့်စရာ ကောင်းသနည်း။

25. Giveth food. God sustains all His living creatures (see Ps. 104:27).
